JOB SUMMARY
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be a highly driven and analytical leader responsible for owning the digital strategy and execution for both HQ and franchise markets. This role oversees the full Profit and Loss (P&L) of the online store, driving sustained growth and optimizing profitability across regional markets. You will serve as a critical strategic partner to the Senior E-commerce Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping not only the e-commerce business but also the internal culture and the development of the team. You will collaborate deeply on high-level strategic planning and day-to-day operations to ensure organizational goals are met.

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; typically requires 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce management, with a proven track record in P&L ownership.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Salesforce and analytical tools including GA4, Power BI and Excel.
Leadership & Communication: A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Creative, IT, Merchandising) and present complex strategies clearly to senior management.
Analytical Expertise: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights to influence senior decision-making.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in managing financial growth plans, budgets, and external agency partnerships.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of E-commerce & CRO best practices and emerging trends like AI applications.
