We are looking for an e-Commerce Business Development Co-ordinator to join our George.com Operations Team. In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping and delivering the George.com Returns strategy. You will analyse and lead change on how, when, and where customer orders are returned and refunded, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and support the execution of initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our returns ecosystem.
