About the role

The role of Wellness CBEC ALI FGS KA Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for CBEC ALI FGS full year sales target (both UL and GMV) achievement.
  • Responsibility for properly planning CBEC FGS business to drive GMV growth and gain market share.
  • Responsibility for well managing both Trade and A&P investment and ensuring competitive investment efficiency.
  • Responsibility for developing consumer-orientated channel and portfolio strategy.
  • Responsibility for managing external TP partners to maintain daily store operation and excellent execution.
  • Responsibility for managing distributors to co-investing to drive business growth and high back-end efficiency.
  • Responsibility for maintaining quality relationship with Ali platform and negotiating resources.
  • Responsibility for co-working with internal EC marketing team and brand marketing team to ensure brand equity and launch brand activities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • At least 5-year working experience in FMCG or Health industry.
  • Tmall FGS experience is must.
