Job Summary:
The E&C Associate Manager at Lilly Korea Ltd. will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation and maintenance of the company's Ethics and Compliance program, ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
* Support the compliance monitoring program, including conducting internal reviews and risk assessments.
* Prepare and deliver compliance-related training sessions to employees at all levels.
*  Provide HR Team with SME Consultation on Ethics & Compliance related Investigations and support the remediation efforts.
* Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Legal, HR, Internal Audit) to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
* Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and legal requirements, translating these into actionable insights for the business.
* Support the management of compliance-related documentation and reporting.
* Participate in internal and external audits related to ethics and compliance.
* Assist in responding to compliance inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
* Professional Working Proficiency in English.
* Proven ability to analyze complex information and develop practical solutions.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
* External only: >3 years of experience in ethics and compliance, legal, or audit roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulations, and best practices.
