You’ll be joining a close-knit Nordic team and reporting directly to a Regional Sales Manager with over 18 years of experience in the business working out of our office in Aarhus.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will combine customer service excellence, technical curiosity, and commercial thinking to manage and grow relationships across a varied Nordic customer base. You’ll support customers through every step of the process — from enquiry to delivery — while identifying solutions and opportunities that strengthen EBV’s market position. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and EBV’s continued regional success.

Language requirement:
To succeed in this Nordic-focused position, you must be fluent in Finnish, Danish, and English.

What will you be doing?

You will:

  • Provide solutions-oriented customer support using sound judgement and established sales methodologies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries, promoting EBV’s offerings, services, and capabilities.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle — from first contact to fulfilment — ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Grow relationships with existing accounts through proactive communication, project understanding, and pipeline awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, materials teams, field sales, and suppliers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Create accurate quotations, pricing information, product guidance, and end‑to‑end support.
  • Coordinate customer needs across inventory, lead times, and pricing.
  • Support team initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.

What about you?

You’re someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced sales environment. You bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant inside sales or technical customer service experience.
  • Fluency in Finnish, Danish, and English (essential for regional coverage).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers quickly.
  • High levels of initiative, independence, and problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of tools such as QuoteFX, SupplierWin, PowerPoint, and WebEx.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work well across departments.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion for customer meetings or training.
