As a Data Analyst within our Ethics & Business Integrity Global Platform, you'll drive data analysis and integration initiatives that power smarter decisions across the organization. Ready to get started?

Join the team transforming how Sanofi ensures ethical compliance and integrity. Our EBI Dematerialization platform is leading the shift from manual, paper-based processes to an AI-powered, data-driven function. You'll be a key player in implementing our 2030 roadmap, helping build the data infrastructure that enables proactive risk management across all Sanofi businesses worldwide.

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand data use, analysis, and quality requirements

  • Collaborate with Digital teams on backlog management and strategic alignment

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements to capture business needs

  • Guide solution design to meet data and integration requirements

  • Define and execute test cases to validate functional and technical requirements

  • Ensure data compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, Good Practice guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley), and cybersecurity requirements

About you

Experience:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, data manipulation, and master data management

  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus

Technical skills:

  • Must-have:

    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

    • Experience with database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)

    • Knowledge of data quality techniques and validation methods

    • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals

    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense)

    • Experience working in Agile methodology

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Understanding of regulatory requirements (Data Privacy, Good Practice guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance)

Soft skills:

  • Must-have:

    • Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail and data accuracy

    • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams

    • Curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving

    • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams

    • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Adaptability in fast-paced transformation environments

    • Understanding of compliance and ethics contexts

Education:

  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics preferred

Languages:

  • Fluent English required

  • French is a plus

Compensation: Fixed salary over 12 months, complemented by individual variable compensation, plus profit-sharing & employee participation based on Sanofi Group results.

The salary range for this position is :€54 400,00 - €72 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
