About the Role

We are looking for an Application Developer to support and enhance our EasyVista platform, a core system used to manage internal workflows, service requests, and business processes.

This role focuses on application configuration, SQL development, and web interface customization, working closely with business and IT teams to improve system functionality and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and develop solutions within the EasyVista (ITSM) platform

• Write and optimize SQL scripts for data handling, reporting, and workflows

• Customize and maintain web interfaces, forms, and service portals

• Design and improve workflows (incident, request, change processes)

• Support integrations with other internal systems and tools

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems

• Manage change requests, deployments, and testing activities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure system compliance with standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in application development, ITSM platforms, or system support

• Strong experience with SQL scripting and relational databases

• Experience working with ITSM or workflow-based platforms (EasyVista, ServiceNow, Remedy, Ivanti, etc.)

• Experience with web technologies (HTML, basic JavaScript, UI customization)

• Understanding of application lifecycle, testing, and deployments

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with EasyVista platform

• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations

• Exposure to backend programming (e.g., Java)

• Experience in enterprise IT environments
