Busy Bees at Panania is seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead learning within our 3–4-year-old room. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about preschool education and ready to further develop their leadership capability.
Candidates with previous 2IC experience and demonstrated experience as an
Early Childhood Teacher in a permanent role will be highly regarded.

Lead intentional teaching practices to support school readiness outcomes

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Master of Education (Early Childhood) (ACECQA-approved)
NESA Teacher Accreditation (Provisional or Full)
Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a permanent role
Previous 2IC or senior leadership experience (desirable)
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
Please note:
Placement experience alone will not be considered sufficient for this role. Candidates must have professional experience beyond practicum placements.
