At MSS Security, we don’t just recruit, we create career pathways. We are looking for a passionate and highly organised National Early Careers Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Scholarship programme,

ensuring emerging talent is supported from attraction through to successful employment.

This is a national role reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, focused on building a sustainable early-talent pipeline aligned to operational workforce demand.

About the Role

You will own and coordinate our Scholarship Programme lifecycle — from attraction and assessment through to onboarding, milestone management, and transition into employment.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will:

  • Manage the full Scholarship programme pipeline nationally

  • Deliver structured intakes, check-ins, completions and employment transitions

  • Ensure candidates receive a consistent, engaging and supportive experience

  • Partner closely with TA, Operations, external and internal training providers

  • Track and report on programme performance, conversions and retention

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and candidate outcomes

You will be the central point of contact for early-career candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions from scholarship to active employment. Your duties, will be and not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of the National Scholarship programme

  • Manage attraction, screening, conditional offers and onboarding of candidates

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations and P&C to convert scholars into active vacancies

  • Deliver key programme milestones and maintain high candidate engagement

  • Track, report and analyse applications, completions, conversions and retention

  • Maintain data integrity across Workday and related systems, driving continuous improvement

You are organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about developing emerging talent. You will also have

  • Experience in Early Careers, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

  • Strong coordination skills in high-volume or operational environments

  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail

  • Confidence working across ATS/HR systems (Workday desirable)

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously

  • Full Australian working rights
