L3 Support Specialist : (2 to 5 years of experience)
- Provide expert Level 3 (L3) support for Eagle STAR/PACE applications and its modules, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Eagle STAR/PACE architecture, modules, and data workflows.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of IWS workflows, Automation Center jobs, PDC, RDC etc.
- Collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and incidents.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and incident resolution across IT systems, networks, and data infrastructure.
- Support Reference Data and Eagle applications through configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and facilitate effective resolutions.
- Oversee and continuously improve support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Manage the configuration and performance tuning of data management tools and infrastructure.
- Work with cross-functional teams on technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Mentor and guide Level 1/Level 2 support teams, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials for internal teams and clients.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Proven expertise with Eagle STAR/PACE applications and modules.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise data workflows.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor support teams and drive process improvements.
