This position is for a Vendor Management Lead who will support the Eagle Supply Component Repair Operations in OKC. The successful candidate will be expected to support and foster a high-performing team to achieve key performance targets while ensuring compliance with Global Trade requirements for the Eagle Supply Department. Pratt & Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, and F135 component repair management organization for Pratt & Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair, and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt & Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management, and U.S. Government Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul contract requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Support and train members of the Delivery Assurance Team by holding weekly vendor meetings to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and resolve issues.
  • Create and implement robust and effective standard work and processes.
  • Review and analyze hardware shortage statuses. Facilitate and influence cross-functional resolution actions to improve on-time delivery.
  • Provide timely communication to customer account managers regarding critical parts commitment streams and key shortage recovery plans. Additionally, coordinate with spare parts distribution centers to expedite logistics for critical orders.
  • Collaborate with customer account managers to understand customer requirements.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the Global Supply Chain, monitor material movements, and act as the customer advocate for on-time delivery.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Management or Business Management with 8+ years of comparable experience OR
  • Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with SAP (sales and distribution) and MS Office skills (Excel)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Advanced degree and/or recent military background with an active government Secret Clearance.
  • Previous Supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in data mining, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills working in harmony with proactive problem-solving and data analysis assessment.
  • Well organized with ability to effectively manage a fast paced and high-volume workload.
  • Works with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

**Must be flexible to work off-shifts hours to support OCONUS Vendors.**

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
