Job Position: Test Solutions Analyst
Department: Manufacturing Engineering
Primary Job Purpose:
- Identify manual bottlenecks within the department and develop automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into department KPIs and Lean metrics.
- Use Python (or similar tools) to automate repetitive data tasks, report generation, and system integrations.
- Assist in mapping out processes (Value Stream Mapping) and identifying "waste" that can be eliminated through digitization.
- Work alongside our Senior Automation Engineer to learn existing systems and contribute to ongoing digital projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh diploma graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of Python, Sharepoint Online and Power Platform.
- Ability to build basic reports in Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Excel (Macros/VBA is a plus).
- A strong interest in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement. You should enjoy "fixing" things and making processes better.
- Curious, proactive, and able to explain technical solutions to non-technical teammates.
