EXPANSIA is excited to design, implement, and mature a secure, scalable Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) that enables Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration across the developing US Hypersonic enterprise and industrial base. Located at the new aerospace research and test complex, this facility is poised to become the nation’s premier hub for hypersonic system research, modeling & simulation, and test capabilities.
As a Technical Writer II, you will create, edit, and refine technical documents to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences. You will work with subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to gather and interpret technical data, ensuring accuracy and clarity in user manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and other publications. Your role will involve translating complex data into user-friendly content for both print and digital platforms. You will conduct research, perform quality reviews, and oversee the selection of illustrations, diagrams, and charts to enhance documentation. Working under general supervision, you will provide solutions to technical problems of moderate complexity while ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Your contributions will support operational strategies, process optimization, and high-quality content delivery.
The proposed salary range for this position is $68,220- $85,273. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
