EXPANSIA is excited to design, implement, and mature a secure, scalable Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) that enables Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration across the developing US Hypersonic enterprise and industrial base. Located at the new aerospace research and test complex, this facility is poised to become the nation’s premier hub for hypersonic system research, modeling & simulation, and test capabilities.
As a Model Based Systems Engineer IV, you will serve as a key technical contributor and emerging authority in leading the planning, development, and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions across complex programs. You will apply your extensive technical expertise to interface with stakeholders, translate mission needs into system models, and lead the execution of systems engineering activities. You will drive the integration of document-based systems into model-based architectures and lead efforts to restructure and extend existing models. Working across interdisciplinary teams, you will influence the development of system-level architectures and ensure alignment with acquisition and operational objectives. Your leadership will support training initiatives, tool integration, and mentorship of engineering staff in MBSE processes and standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-level digital engineering transformations and contribute to advanced system integration efforts.
The proposed salary range for this position is$113,385-$141,728. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
