We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Growth organization. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through rigorous research and data analysis, with a strong focus on Federal Government Contracting (GovCon) within aerospace manufacturing, product offerings, and technical engineering services.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the GovCon landscape, including familiarity with Federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS), contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs), and agency-specific procurement dynamics (DoD, Air Force, Navy, Army, NASA). This individual should have experience analyzing OEMs and Tier 1–3 suppliers, product portfolios, and engineering service capabilities within the aerospace and defense industrial base.
The proposed salary range for this position is $80,475-$120,275. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
