E-Learning Designer (Freelance)

Help us turn HR system knowledge into clear, engaging e‑learning. We’re looking for a freelance creator who can translate our content into intuitive, well‑designed learning modules that are easy to follow and enjoyable to use. If you combine didactic insight with strong Articulate skills and love making complex topics simple—this role is for you.

What you are going to do

You will translate HR system content (Workday, ServiceNow content) into clear, engaging and didactically sound e‑learnings. You design the learning flow, build modules in Articulate, and ensure a smooth learning experience with an integrated exam or certification moment.

• Build e‑learning modules in Articulate Storyline/Rise, based on content provided by the team
• Translate complex information into a logical learning journey with clear learning objectives and interaction moments
• Design assessments, knowledge checks and final exams that match the learning goals
• Create or refine storyboards, visuals and multimedia elements to ensure a consistent learning experience
• Test, improve and prepare the final SCORM/xAPI package for delivery in the LMS (Workday Learning)

Who you are

• Strong experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and e‑learning production.
• Skilled in instructional design: structuring content, creating flow, and applying adult‑learning principles.
• Able to work independently, plan your own work, and deliver high‑quality content on tight timelines.
• Good communication skills to align with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders.
• A creative mindset with attention to user experience, visuals and clear explanation.
• Affinity with HR or digital HR is a plus, as you will work with HR system content

Who you will work with

You’ll collaborate with a project lead and a small core team of four colleagues, supported when needed by six content experts. You’ll also engage with L&D teams and local HR teams across ten countries, bringing practical input and diverse perspectives. We work informally, with open communication and a friendly atmosphere, while staying committed to deadlines and high‑quality delivery. The collaboration is project‑based and hybrid, with regular check‑ins to keep the work moving smoothly. To access our systems and content securely, you’ll receive an NN laptop (only available for pick‑up within NL) for the duration of the assignment.
