Job Description:
- Manage and grow assigned E-commerce / Modern Trade Online accounts as the main PIC.
- Build strong relationships with account stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations).
- Drive sales target achievement (sell-in & sell-out) through effective planning and forecasting.
- Plan and execute promotions and campaigns, including Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Monitor account performance (sales, GMV/NMV, AOV, availability) and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Enabler) to ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Key Account / E-commerce role, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Experience handling e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and also familiar with Alfagift, Klik Indomaret, Watsons Online, and Guardian Online will be an advantage
- Good understanding of sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, trading terms, and stock management.
- Experience in managing online promotions and campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills.
- Computer literate (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
