E-Discovery Claims Processing Project Supervisor

Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Claims Processing Project Supervisor to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works under the direction of the Project Manager. 

  • Direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including Law Clerks and clerical staff. 

  • Supervises a team performing claims processing tasks

  • Prepares daily claims intake and review statistics

  • Performs QC/QA of work product to ensure quality and adherence to DOJ requirements, procedures, and guidelines

  • Monitors assignments and workflows and adjust as necessary for DOJ requirements and schedules

  • Ability to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs at a task level.

  • Maintains frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components

  • Provides procedural updates to the team and trains team members on tasks, requirements, and responds to DOJ and staff questions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects

  • One year of supervisory experience

  • Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate complex and time-critical litigation support activities, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including, data processing environments, office automation, internet and server-based databases, and other applications, such as Relativity or other document review platforms.

  • Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and resources.

  • User of the office and network environments, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and hardware systems.

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supervising claims processing support teams helpful.

  • Records management experience.

  • Paralegal experience helpful.

  • Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree.

The salary for this position will be $90,000.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
