This position sits in our Creative & Media service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions. Our clients include Just Eat Takeaway, eBay, Pepsico and Meta.
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced and talented E-Commerce manager to join one of our brilliant client teams. We have a long standing beverage client who are a well known and respected brand. We have built a fantastic relationship with the client and we are responsible for managing their website and related digital platforms. As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of a client’s e-commerce operation, bridging campaign delivery, content management, SEO execution, and email marketing.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position suited to someone who can combine strong executional skills with a partnership mindset, helping guide priorities, provide practical recommendations, and build a trusted working relationship through weekly in-person collaboration in London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce site operations within the client’s existing CMS, including content updates and campaign-related changes.
- Maintain and execute against the campaign calendar in coordination with the wider marketing team.
- Support site optimisation by implementing SEO updates such as page tagging, URL improvements, and other on-site content changes.
- Onboard new products into the CMS and ensure content is presented accurately and effectively.
- Build and execute marketing emails, supporting campaign delivery across email channels.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align site content and campaign activity with broader commercial and marketing objectives.
- Use existing tools and processes to improve site performance and support a smooth day-to-day customer experience.
- Act as a reliable client partner, offering e-commerce insight and practical guidance alongside delivery support.
- Contribute to evolving areas of scope that may also include additional SEO activity and social media support as client needs develop.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience in e-commerce operations, digital content management, or online trading roles with a strong understanding of day-to-day site execution.
- Hands-on experience working within a CMS to manage site updates, product content, navigation changes, and campaign launches.
- Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page updates such as tagging, metadata, and URL optimisation.
- Experience supporting email marketing execution, with the ability to build and manage campaign emails; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial, and training can be provided.
- Experience with Contentful and/or other CMS tools.
- A broad, generalist digital mindset with the ability to work across content, SEO, campaign execution, and e-commerce administration.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage calendars, priorities, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Confident client-facing communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships with stakeholders.
- A proactive, insight-led approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas as well as deliver tasks.
- Comfortable working in a role that requires weekly in-person collaboration in London.
- Working proficiency in English.
