Are you ready for a new challenge in our E-Commerce & Omnichannel team?:

Working alongside the company tutor, as E-Commerce Content Intern you will execute and support content and site merchandising strategy at WW level, in alignment with e-Store, UX/UI, Creative, Marketing and CRM teams. You’ll be instrumental in implementing and reinforcing the online strategy for all storefronts, ensuring that global online content is reflecting the cross channels marketing calendar, the creative guidelines, creating a cohesive online experience.

What can you learn with us?:

  • Publish engaging content pages, guaranteeing a unified message across the pages, from hero images and product carousels, to landing page;
  • Create mock-ups for landing pages, homepages and others editorial contents;
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners ensuring all assets are ready to launch, including copy, images and videos, all in line with the required technical specs;
  • Test and refine the success of content, before and after every go live;
  • Stay informed and proactively track competitors, remaining curious about what happens on the market, collecting inspiring benchmark and best practices, to contribute fresh and new ideas.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

  • Master’s degree preferably in economics, business management or similar;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability;
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Photoshop or Figma is a plus;
  • Interest in E-commerce or Digital, Fashion & Luxury environment;
  • Ability to use Commerce Cloud Platform (SFCC) or alternative CMS;
  • Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders;
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management;
  • Proactive and driven for results;
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
