Job Purpose
To coordinate and be accountable for the training and conversion of patients in any and all institutions to Nestle Health Science Dysphagia product portfolio – Primary and secondary
Role and Responsibilities
- Accountability for the planning and delivery of dysphagia training within all identified accounts within specified territories
- Gain agreement for prescription conversion to Nestle Health Science dysphagia products
- Identify and address any blocks to prescription changes with prescribing loop
- Report activity and provide on-going feedback to the dysphagia territory manager and other internal and external stakeholders
- Accurate and timely completion of all Iqvia administration
- Compliance with Nestle Health Science & Star policies and procedures
Key Performance Indicators
- Minimum average of two care home training sessions per day
- Meet all other role-specific KPIs
- Monitor ROI of A/V budget
- Sales versus target performance
- Personal performance objectives achievement
