You'll receive comprehensive training, and the close-knit Manufacturing team provides extra guidance from managers and colleagues when necessary.

What Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Perform routine P.M. and maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot quickly to avoid equipment downtime
• Run coilers and ensure a steady supply of parts for operation
• Perform Q.A. checks for dynovation and coilers on EBR
• Keep automated equipment stocked and running
• Move released components from storage to automated equipment
• Assist in line clearances as necessary
• Prepare requests to maintain adequate supply of components

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated good attendance and performance in present position
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical problems
• Ability to perform well both independently and within a group
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years working in a dynamic, repetitive task setting

Preferred:

• Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
• Experience in the food or manufacturing industry
• More than 5 years of experience

We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $30.30 an hour. You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
