Unlock what's possible. We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team to help propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce deployments and environment management within the Managed Services team.
  • Execute Copado user story promotions, pipeline runs, validations, and routine deployment tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist with maintaining version control, tracking changes, and following established branching and metadata management practices.
  • Monitor deployment activities, identify issues, and escalate or collaborate with senior DevOps resources to resolve them.
  • Document routine procedures, deployment steps, and environment updates to support team knowledge sharing.
  • Follow established security, compliance, and operational processes within the DevOps framework.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 1–3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce deployments, DevOps processes, or environment management.
  • Exposure to Copado for deployment execution, pipelines, validations, and branching workflows (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata types, sandbox structure, and release lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control fundamentals (branching, merging, commit management).
  • Experience with automated testing tools or CI/CD practices is a plus.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with senior DevOps resources.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Relevant certifications (Copado Fundamentals I, Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) are beneficial but not required
