Purpose: As a Developer you support our business in understanding and implementing new capabilities and possibilities in the Customer Service landscape supported by Dynamics 365. The focus is D365 Customer Service with channels such as Email, Case, Voice and Live Chat. 

You perform configuration and development according to business demands and ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and adopted. 

You design and implement our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape, while constantly exploring the roadmap and new opportunities as well as take the lead in creating the system design requirements – which you base on both functional and non-functional requirements of our business. Managing scalability, security, accessibility and extensibility are other important items on your agenda and you’re comfortable in achieving results both on your own but also via others. 

Having several interesting initiatives in the pipeline, such as Quality Evaluation agent and Case Management agent, we're at the forefront when it comes to adapting new functionality. We also have a close collaboration with our partners, giving us a unique opportunity to both get early insights and shape the roadmap of the product. You drive enhancement not only in our solutions but also in our way of working and tools used. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape
  • Ensure system design is as per both functional and non-functional requirements of our business.
  • Perform configuration and development according to business demands.
  • Plugin development and debugging. 
  • Work and own the Power Automate. 
  • Carry out Workflows integrations. 
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Working in mix of environments which includes the technical world and people interactions and ready to influence both business stakeholders and colleagues.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years as a developer or architect within Dynamics 365
  • Developer or architect within Dynamics 365, and confidence in the development of Dynamics 365 Customer services modules.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and CRM SDK.
  • Strong experience in plugin development and debugging.
  • Expertise in Power Automate and workflow automation.
  • Experience with system integrations within the D365 ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Service configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively in a global environment.
  • A collaborative, agile mindset with a balance of technical depth and people interaction skills.

Good to have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
  • Experience with CoPilot Studio.
  • Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service (Voice & Live Chat modules).
  • Familiarity with ALM and DevOps-based automated release cycles.
  • Experience with Application Insights setup and monitoring.
