Role Details  

The team Owned Channels in the department Communications, Brand & CSR is responsible for the company homepages and the creation of visual and audio formats such as videos and podcasts. The team works globally. As part of our dynamic digital team, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the online presence of DWS across multiple regions.

As a Communications Manager your responsibilities include:

  • Concept Development & Planning
  • Create innovative video & podcast concepts and storyboards for various formats (social media, corporate, event, product videos).
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Production
  • Organize and execute video shoots and podcast recordings (including directing, camera operation, lighting, and sound).
  • Accompany events with video and photo documentation
  • Coordinate external vendors such as camera crews, sound studios, and post-production partners.
  • Post-Production & Distribution
  • Professional video editing and color grading.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Sound design and mixing to deliver high-quality final products.
  • AI overlays for audio and visual effects
  • Distribute the final contents in the various channels for websites, newsletters and posts.
  • Project Management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee quality control and approval processes for all video content.
  •  Innovation & Trends
  • Stay up to date with current trends in video and content production.
  • Implement new technologies (e.g., AI-powered tools, virtual production).

We are looking for 

  • Several years of experience in video production and post-production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing and animation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Photography skills for event and content documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and sound.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative storytelling and brand communication skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Creativity, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
