In this role, you will:
- Own client onboarding process to mitigate risk through a due diligence process
- Participate in conducting less complex client due diligence processes, research and identify opportunities to mitigate risk
- Consult and provide support to interpret policies, guidelines and governance programs
- Support business in execution of due diligence reporting processes and controls
- Review and analyze client onboarding processes or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
- Aggregate, evaluate and report results and escalate where necessary
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the due diligence function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mitigate risk through executing on transactions-related alerts in furtherance of front-line monitoring activities and customer due diligence requirements in a fast-paced environment with quality results
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML programs including KYC, CDD, EDD, CIP, beneficial ownership and / or other related risk and regulatory disciplines
- Provide subject matter expertise on due diligence documentation requirements and data sources
- Review and analyze client onboarding processes and challenges that require research, investigation, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
- Provide subject matter expertise on documentation and data sources and exercise independent judgment to guide moderate to high-risk deliverables
- Leverage solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Mitigate risk through executing on transactions-related alerts in furtherance of front line monitoring activities and customer due diligence requirements in a fast-paced environment with quality results

Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent (including risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management) demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge and experience with the onboarding process
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML programs including KYC, CDD, EDD, CIP, beneficial ownership and / or other related risk and regulatory disciplines
- Strong working knowledge of Cornerstone, Sharepoint
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
- Financial Crimes Experience
- Onboarding experience
- Financial crimes.
- CAMS or CFE certifications highly desirable

Job Expectations:
Schedule: Monday – Friday. Flexible start time between 8AM -5PM. Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week. 8 hrs per day.
