Major Duties:

  • You will maintain clear, professional communication with command staff, program personnel, and external partners, support program operations and information sharing.
  • You will provide training, technical assistance, and educational resources to personnel on substance misuse prevention and program procedures.
  • You will oversee urinalysis operations, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate supplies, and track medical review processes.
  • You will organize and participate in community and base events promoting healthy lifestyles and substance misuse prevention.
  • You will implement quality assurance procedures, monitor program metrics, and maintain adherence to policies and inspection requirements.
  • You will carry out other tasks critical to the effective functioning of the DDRP and SACP as assigned.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: manage a urinalysis program and support initiatives that prevent substance misuse, serving as a subject matter expert. Develop and deliver presentations, conduct briefings, and engage with media and professional audiences, while building relationships with staff and stakeholders to implement policy, provide guidance, and foster understanding and support for program objectives.
