Job Description:
Oversees the operations, customer service, administration and systems within a distribution center. Responsible for receiving, storing and distributing finished goods. Uses computerized systems to monitor stock levels, fulfills customer orders, ships and delivers merchandise to customer warehouse, wholesale or retail outlets. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.
