Job Summary: About the position: The primary purpose of this position is to lead the Driver's Education Program is located at the Pit Stop / Auto Hobby at the 35 Force Support Squadron at Misawa AB, Japan. This is a Flexible category position; guaranteed 0 hours per week but may work up to 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the facility. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position.

Qualifying Experience: Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Applicant must have the ability to instruct driver's training principles in a behind the wheel road setting. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public. Driving instructor/trainee experience is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of all traffics laws is highly desirable. Condition(s) of Employment: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must possess a valid 4EF and Driver's License. Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug test. Must be able to obtain Driver's Instructor Certification. Must successfully complete a Tier 1 background check. Must be able to drive in all-weather conditions.
