Action is seeking a full-time Driver/Valet  to join our Beverly West team in Westwood, Los Angeles.
 
Compensation: $22-24
 

Who You Are
You are a professional, service-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to residents and guests. You communicate clearly, remain composed in fast-paced environments, and maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

  • Clean driving record and ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Professional demeanor with a positive, “yes” attitude

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and independent decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure

  • Respect for resident privacy and discretion

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk stairs or ramps, and enter/exit vehicles easily

  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

  • Good vision and hearing with flexible schedule availability

What You’ll Do

  • Arrive on time and in proper attire and maintain a clean driving record at all times

  • Greet residents and guests upon arrival and departure and address them formally unless directed otherwise

  • Open doors and assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles

  • Assist with luggage, groceries, packages, and other items and deliver to resident units when needed

  • Confirm destinations and routes with passengers and utilize GPS prior to transport

  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times, keeping both hands on the steering wheel and no music while driving

  • Ensure vehicles are clean and equipped with necessary amenities prior to service

  • Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after use and document any existing damage

  • Report any vehicle damage or expenses immediately to management

  • Maintain an organized flow of traffic in the driveway and ensure vehicles do not block entry or exit

  • Conduct routine patrols of the garage and driveway areas and remain alert for unusual activity

  • Assist with screening non-resident guests and confirm access with the front desk when necessary

  • Communicate resident or guest needs with other staff and departments as needed

  • Receive shift pass-down information and inspect vehicles during shift turnover

  • Take breaks during slower periods and notify the front desk when leaving or returning

  • Follow all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
