WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operate a company shuttle vehicle to transport employees and guests safely between designated corporate buildings according to established routes
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the shuttle vehicle
Greet all guests and employees in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, providing a first-class Skechers experience
Provide first-class customer service, assisting employees and visitors with directions, information, and any special needs during transport
Dispatch and coordinate the movement of additional shuttle vehicles between buildings as needed to accommodate transportation demands
Monitor communications to receive updates on shuttle locations, passenger needs, and any schedule changes
Facilitate the effective transport of goods, product, food, and equipment
Assist in loading and unloading of materials for transport between buildings, ensuring proper handling and delivery
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle and delivery vehicle, performing basic maintenance checks and reporting any issues or needed repairs
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and building staff regarding schedules, delays, or any concerns
Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized and smooth while ensuring pedestrian safety
Direct the movement of vehicles and the organization of parking lots for efficiency and safety
Monitor and maintain the safety and security of Skechers parking areas, escalating issues to Skechers Security as needed and enforcing Skechers’ policy against loitering on company property
Comply with the Corporate Operations Uniform Guidelines and maintain a professional presence
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid California driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record; with no more than 2 points
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and/or older
The pay range for this role is $23.00-$25.00/hr USD.
