Overview

Homes for Independent Living (HIL) is seeking Drivers to provide transportation services for adults with disabilities. You'll be assigned to a specific geographical area and be responsible for ensuring clients get to and from appointments, programs, and community activities safely.

Must have a clean driving record in WI. for 3 years.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide reliable transportation to community events, day programs, errands, and medical appointments
  • Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle
  • Use mobile technology to interact with dispatch
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and document trips per company standards
  • Follow Wisconsin traffic laws and company policies

What We Offer:

  • $15.00/hr Mon-Fri, $16.00/hr. between 2p-10p
  • $17.00/hron weekends

Schedule:

  • Full-time, weekday shifts and every other weekend
  • Holiday rotations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid WI Driver’s License with a clean driving record for 3 years
  • Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
