本ポジションはDLOサイトリーダーの下、中部国際空港における国際航空貨物取扱業務および保税管理業務全般を担っていただきます。

業務内容:

日常業務は下記の通りですが、これに限定されません。

ドリームリフターオペレーションズセンター（DOC）において国際航空貨物（ボーイング787関連製品）の貨物管理業務

保税・貨物管理業務

• 搬入・搬出・蔵置管理
• 内国貨物と外国貨物の区分管理
• Air NACCSを用いた貨物管理
• 在庫保税貨物の日時レポート
• 貨物取扱記録の保管

保税管理業務の監査・品質管理

• 監査部門と連携し定期監査に対応
• コンプライアンスプログラムに基づき、ハンドリング担当者に教育・訓練を実施
• 業務品質の向上活動

オペレーション管理

• 貨物の組付け・解体業務の監督
• 必要に応じて、特有の梱包要件および業界標準の遵守を徹底
• 貨物の安全・保全管理
• 来訪者の対応・制限区域対応

関係各位と良好な関係を築き、オペレーションの最適化を推進する

• ドリームリフターツアーの実施
• 事務所の運営管理をサポートする

必須要件（必要な技能／経験）

• 航空会社貨物部門や国際物流企業、サプライチェーンマネジメント部門における就業経験
• 日本語を使ってネイティブレベルの読み書き、会話ができること
• 英語を使ってビジネスレベルの読み書き、会話ができること
• 自律的に課題を特定し、改善策を実行できること
• 協調性があり、チームワークを発揮して仕事ができること
• Microsoft Officeを使いこなせること（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
• 日本の運転免許証

望ましい条件（望ましい技能／経験）

• 航空会社貨物部門や国際物流企業、サプライチェーンマネジメント部門における3年以上就業経験
• 輸出・輸入貨物ハンドリング経験があり、関税法や国際航空貨物輸送に適用される規則に精通していること
• 大型・重量貨物などの特殊貨物ハンドリングに関する卓越した経験
• 協力的な職場環境を促進するためのコミュニケーション能力
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

• 大学を卒業していること

採用後はボーイング・ジャパンのセントレアオフィス（常滑市）にて勤務していただきます。（オンサイト業務となります）

Boeing Japan is seeking a Cargo Operations Specialist to join Dreamlifter Operations (DLO) at Chubu Centrair International Airport. DLO operates the Boeing 747 Large Cargo Freighter (LCF) and specialized Unique Ground Support Equipment to support the global supply chain of the Boeing 787 program. This unique transportation operation plays a critical role in connecting Japan and the United States.

This position leverages expertise in international logistics and bonded cargo management and serves as a core member of the strategic transportation operation linking Japan and the U.S.

Reporting Line:

This position reports directly to the DLO Site Leader and is responsible for overall cargo handling and bonded warehouse management operations at Chubu Centrair International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage cargo operations for international air cargo (Boeing 787-related products) at the Dreamlifter Operations Center (DOC).

Bonded Cargo Management

• Control inbound, outbound, and warehouse storage operations
• Distinguish and manage domestic and international cargo
• Manage cargo using Air NACCS
• Prepare daily bonded inventory reports
• Maintain cargo handling records

Audit and Quality Management of Bonded Operations

• Conduct regular audits with internal auditor
• Provide training to handling personnel based on compliance program
• Drive operational quality improvement initiatives

Operations Management

• Supervise cargo build-up and breakdown operations
• Ensure compliance with unique packaging requirements and industry standards where applicable
• Ensure cargo safety and security management
• Handle visitor coordination and restricted area access control

Stakeholder Collaboration - Build up strong relationships and optimize operations with:

• Japan Customs
• Central Japan International Airport Company
• Commercial Airplane Company (CAC)
• Boeing partners - Heavy Industries
• Airline Operator
• Ground Handling Companies

Collaborate and develop strong relationships with the U.S.-based DLO team and Boeing Japan team to:

• Optimize transportation planning for cargo, aircraft components, Shipping Mechanical Equipment (SME), and ULDs
• Conduct annual audits of ground handling operations and equipment
• Conduct Dreamlifter tours
• Support office management and administration

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

• Working experience in airline cargo operations, international logistics companies, or supply chain management departments
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to independently identify issues and implement improvement measures
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid Japanese driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

• 3+ years of experience in airline cargo operations, international logistics companies, or supply chain management departments
• Successful experience of handling import/export cargo and strong knowledge of the Customs Act and regulations governing international air cargo transportation
• Exceptional handling experience of oversized/heavy or special cargo
• Strong communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment
• Project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing Centrair office. (Tokoname, Japan)
