What you will be doing –
Design and Develop solutions to meet requirements consistent with the standards followed by the product. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Be responsible for the highest quality output for the assigned work. Passion for writing code that is clear, robust, unit tested & peer-reviewed. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and consistently meet project deadlines.
What you bring:
We are seeking a Software Engineer I with 1–2 years of experience in .NET technologies and SQL. The candidate should have a solid foundation in application development, be willing to learn, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Required Skills
Qualifications
Bachelor (BE/BTech) or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience of Java software design & development
Competencies
Fluent in English.
Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
Attention to detail – track record of authoring high-quality documentation.
Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
