How You Will Make Contributions That Matter….

• Expected to adhere to all of the same SOP’s, guidelines, procedures, parameters & demands as the regular operator. 
• Effectively monitor cheese making equipment including but not limited to; Pasteurizers, DOH vats, cooker/stretchers, rotary molder/chillers (RMCs), cheese belts, analyzing equipment, clarifiers, silos, fine savers and cleaning equipment.
• Communicate with downstream operators to ensure accurate identification of individual vats & recipes.
• Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions.
• Follow make plans and make adjustments and changes to equipment as necessary.
• Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….

• This position requires mechanical abilities and an understanding of cheese making equipment.
• Must possess a valid California Department of Food & Agriculture Pasteurizers license or have the ability to obtain one within six months of being place in this position.
• This position relieves the 3rd shift Vat operators & 3rd shift Break Relief operator for their days off

Specific job selection criteria:

• CDFA Pasteurizers license

Pay Range: $30.67 - $36.14
