About the Role

The Door Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville serves as the first point of contact for guests and residents, setting the tone for an exceptional arrival and departure experience. This role is essential to delivering warm, polished, and intuitive hospitality while ensuring the smooth flow of activity at the hotel’s front drive.

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests and residents upon arrival and departure with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
  • Assist with luggage handling, including unloading, tagging, issuing claim tickets, and coordinating transfers with Bell Staff
  • Escort hotel guests to the Front Desk for check-in as needed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Manage traffic flow at the front drive, directing vehicles, taxis, and valet operations efficiently
  • Provide directions, recommendations, and information about Nashville and surrounding areas
  • Assist guests with transportation needs, including hailing taxis and coordinating departures
  • Handle all guest interactions with discretion and professionalism, resolving inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in resort, hotel, or guest services preferred
  • Genuine passion for providing outstanding service to guests, residents, and team members
  • Ability to remain composed, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs
