Au sein de la Direction Architecture d’Entreprise, Lyreco fait évoluer son approche de l’architecture pour renforcer la cohérence, la performance et l’alignement stratégique de son système d’information.
Cette transformation s’appuie sur quatre piliers majeurs :
Blueprint : définir la cible IT optimale en cohérence avec la proposition de valeur du Groupe.
Rôles & Responsabilités : clarifier les responsabilités et interactions de l’ensemble des acteurs de l’architecture.
Design Authority Model : déployer le modèle de gouvernance architecture de Lyreco.
Architecture Community : structurer et animer une communauté d’architectes transverse.
Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l’équipe Enterprise Architecture travaille en étroite collaboration avec les Domain Architects, acteurs clés de l’alignement entre vision stratégique, besoins métiers et solutions techniques.
Dans un contexte de projets ambitieux et en forte accélération, les domaines Merchandising et Supply Chain ne disposent aujourd’hui pas encore de ressources dédiées.
Nous ouvrons donc une opportunité pour un Supply Chain Domain Architect, chargé d’accompagner la conception des solutions, d’assurer la cohérence d’ensemble et de guider les équipes projet et techniques dans leurs choix structurants.
VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS
Piloter la collecte des éléments nécessaires au blueprint : cartographies applicatives, trajectoires vision/étapes, et autres éléments structurants.
Organiser et animer la Design Authority des domaines Merchandising & Supply Chain, en lien étroit avec l’équipe Architecture.
Participer aux processus RFP lors de la sélection de nouveaux outils, en apportant une expertise architecturale et méthodologique.
Contribuer à la définition des guidelines et standards d’architecture, garantissant la cohérence globale du SI.
Accompagner la conception des solutions pour les nouveaux besoins du domaine.
Fédérer et engager les parties prenantes clés (tech leads, autres architectes, experts techniques, partenaires…) au bon moment dans le cycle de design.
VOTRE PROFIL
Esprit analytique et capacité à structurer des environnements complexes.
Approche bâtisseuse, orientée solution et long terme.
Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer des interlocuteurs variés.
Excellentes compétences de communication.
Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable dans un contexte international.
Déplacements possibles : 2 à 3 fois par an maximum.

As a Domain Architect, you will work closely with enterprise architects, tech leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, ensure architectural alignment, and support the delivery of innovative, scalable, and business-driven solutions. Your expertise in eCommerce platforms and architecture best practices will be crucial in building the next generation of Lyreco’s digital ecosystem.

WHAT WE OFFER
Within the Enterprise Architecture department, Lyreco is strengthening its architectural approach to ensure consistency, performance, and strategic alignment across the Group’s information system.
This transformation is built around four key pillars:

To achieve these ambitions, the Enterprise Architecture team works closely with Domain Architects, who play a central role in aligning strategic vision, business needs, and technical solutions.
In the context of an ambitious and fast-moving project roadmap, the Merchandising and Supply Chain domains are not yet staffed with dedicated resources.
We are therefore opening an opportunity for a Supply Chain Domain Architect, who will help shape solution design, ensure end-to-end architectural consistency, and support project managers and tech leads in their key design decisions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the collection of all inputs for the blueprint, including application maps, target-to-vision paths, and all structural components.
Organize and facilitate the Design Authority for the Merchandising and Supply Chain domains, in close collaboration with the Architecture team.
Participate in RFP processes when selecting new tools, providing architectural guidance and methodology.
Contribute to the definition of architectural guidelines and standards, ensuring global alignment within the IS landscape.
Actively support the solutioning of new requirements within the domain.
Engage the relevant stakeholders (tech leads, architects, technical experts, partners, etc.) at the right moment in the design cycle.
