We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Domain Iteration Manager Enterprise DevSecOps, reporting to General Manager, DevSecOps.

A bit about your role

The Domain Iteration Manager (Iteration Delivery Lead) oversees resource planning, delivery performance, and operational alignment across the Enterprise domain, ensuring supply and demand are balanced and delivery commitments are met.

The role manages a team of Iteration Managers, supports cross‑domain collaboration, and leads financial governance including CAPEX management, month‑end activities, and variance reporting. Acting also as a Scrum Master, the role facilitates agile ceremonies, coaches’ teams in agile practices, manages dependencies and risks, supports PI planning readiness, and drives continuous improvement through performance metrics, sustainable workload management, and team development.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAFe, Agile, and DevSecOps delivery, with the ability to coach teams, lead organisational change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. They excel at facilitating PI planning, guiding multiple DSO teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining healthy team dynamics.

Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and adaptability are essential, along with a commitment to ongoing learning. The candidate is also skilled in financial and portfolio management, ensuring budgets, risks, and strategic alignment are effectively managed. They demonstrate collaborative values, adhere to nbn policies and safety requirements, and contribute to an inclusive, high‑performing environment.
