What will be your key responsibilities?
This is a senior, highly technical role for someone who thrives in the “engine room” and wants broad responsibility and influence.
Define and own the architecture for D365 within your domain (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales).
Translate business needs into robust, future‑proof D365 solutions.
Develop and maintain the domain roadmap, including upgrades, new modules, and integrations.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and standards.
Collaborate closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and project teams.
Oversee data models, integrations, and master data structures across the D365 platform.
Evaluate new technologies and ensure they fit into the overall architecture.
Provide architectural guidance to ongoing projects and ensure high‑quality solution design.
Promote best practices and reduce technical debt across the D365 ecosystem.
You will be part of a global team of 12 in Denmark, India, Poland and Bahrain, and this role includes travel (approx. 30% of your time).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX (2012/2009) in architecture, solution design, or senior technical roles.
Experience leading large D365 F&O programs involving multi‑entity rollouts, complex integrations, and high transaction volumes.
Solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or other modules).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and data flows.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs.
Experience working in global organizations with multiple stakeholders.
You bring strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, a structured and strategic mindset, the ability to influence architectural decisions across teams, solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, and the capacity to guide and coach both solution architects and developers. You must be able to work very independently.
You are to be working from the Danish office in Kgs. Lyngby.
