Job Title- Documentary Trade Operator, AS

Location- Mumbai, India

Role Description

• Handling Import, Export, Bank Guarantees, Domestic and other Trade transactions
• Addressing queries on Trade Transactions across all products.
• Handling FEMA compliance for transactions in line with Local and Intl guidelines
• Manage desk independently & ensure work life balance.
• Ensure that transactions processed as per Standard Operating procedures and highlight any procedural modifications wherever required.
• To ensure that transactions processed within specified TAT.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and compliance aspects.
• Knowledge on various regulations connected with Trade Finance Operations
• Clean Desk Policy to be adhered to

Your key responsibilities

• Managing multiple business desks & stake holder requirements

Your skills and experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word is a must.
• Good communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to take initiative and coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, Internal stake holders & Regional teams).
• Problem solving attitude and resolving conflicting situations.
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and accuracy in pressure situations.
• A customer and service orientation to ensure that outcomes are achieved in line with the organization’s expectations.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputed Institute in India or Abroad
