Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded Doctor Liaison & Partnership Development manager to lead our targeted B2B outreach and relationship-building strategy. This role carries direct responsibility for achieving defined growth KPIs related to referral volume and patient quality.

  • Analysis & Optimization: Provide regular, data-driven reporting to the leadership team and providers. Analyze performance by geography, channel, and individual Practice Manager, then develop and execute on plans to improve traffic and close identified gaps.

  • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the communications strategy training for new doctor and clinic integrations. Ensure new partners are successfully onboarded to the community partner network and equipped with necessary materials to drive patient flow.

  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain ongoing, strong relationships with key external partners. Coordinate targeted outreach activities and limited, professional education events to support the referral network.

  • CRM & Email Marketing: Craft, coordinate, and execute CRM/email marketing for projects including doctor onboarding, existing patient communications, and partner updates.
