Dry Creek South Australia Part time

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dockhand / Freight Handler to join our team based at our Dry Creek, SA depot. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week), ideal for someone looking for consistent hours within a fast-paced logistics environment.

 About the role:

  • Part-time position – 30 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday from 9AM to 2PM

  • Occasional overtime as required

  • $32.4646 plus Super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload PUD and linehaul freight

  • Scan and sort inbound and outbound freight accurately

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organised dock area

  • Follow all company WHS policies and procedures

  • Assist with general freight handling and depot tasks as required

Requirements:

  • LF Forklift Licence – Essential

  • C Class Drivers Licence

  • Previous experience in freight handling or warehousing – Preferred

  • Strong safety focus and awareness

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Reliable and strong work ethic
