Job Description Summary

The position is responsible for seeing that the facilities are maintained in proper working order at all times and that repairs and maintenance are performed quickly, correctly and efficiently, in support of the overall goal of maintaining a neat, clean, safe, healthy, productive and uninterrupted work environment at the lowest cost possible, within which employees may carry out their responsibilities with minimal disruption due to facilities related issues.

Job Description

  • Assist employees and customers in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner

  • Sort, pick up and deliver mail/packages/boxes by various buildings and floors of the building within schedule

  • Load and unload bins

  • Box deliveries and receiving

  • Calculate postage by weight of package

  • Process domestic/international shipments

  • Maintain tracking sheets and submit reports in a timely manner

  • Track shipments via computer and log books

  • Maintain adequate stock of supplies/forms in customer areas

  • Be familiar with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures and policies and procedures as they relate to the position and job description

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.846153
