About the Role

- TM 청약 시스템 요구 사항 분석 설계, 개발 요청, 테스트/운영 및 문의 응대
- 채널 연계 시스템 분석 설계/개발Coordination/운영 (QA, CS, Product, Campaign, 빌링)
- 신상품 출시 및 캠페인 운영을 위한 시스템 설계/개발 요청/운영/응대 지원
- VTM(Visible TM, 보이는 TM) 청약 시스템 유지 보수 및 개선
- DM 시스템 관련 데이터 분석 및 주요 개선 사항 도출
- 영업 지원 시스템 매뉴얼 작성 및 상담원 교육 진행
- DM채널 BI 시스템 (ARAM, AIAK Report Analysis Master)운영 관리 및 고도화
- DM시스템 Digital Transformation Project 리드
[자격 요건]
- 금융권(보험, 증권, 은행 등) 경력 10년 이상
- Cross-functional 업무 경험
- DBMS 쿼리 활용 가능자
- 전략적 사고 및 문제해결 역량
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
- 스스로 동기 부여하며 긍정적이고 진취적인 업무 태도
** 우대사항
- TM Sales 채널이 있는 보험사 직무 경험
- 컨설팅/기획/관리 업무 수행 경험
