The Division Vice President for Turf Masters Lawn Care, a Turf Masters Brands company, is responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations and procedures, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing efficiency and productivity across all departments of the Turf Masters Lawn Care Division. This person will direct and lead management teams who clearly understand what is expected of their business and have a plan in place to accomplish the expectations. Operates within the policies and procedures of the organization and creates an environment that motivates people to be successful.

Description: Responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, growth, profitability, and operational success of a specific division within the company.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, horticulture, or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Relevant certifications or advanced education in business, leadership, or industry-specific fields is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or chemical services industry, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large divisions or business units, driving strategic growth, and achieving financial and operational targets.
- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, strategic planning, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Obtaining and maintaining applicator license(s) by applicable state(s) is required.

- Develop and execute the division's long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Work with senior leadership to drive business growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Works with the Executive Vice President of Operations to establish region and branch goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the division, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery across all regions or business units.
- Address any operational challenges and work to streamline processes, improve performance, and maintain consistency across all locations.
- Manage the division’s P&L, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure profitability through operational efficiency and effective resource management.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for business growth and customer retention.
- Lead and mentor senior management and key staff within the division.
- Ensure ongoing development of talent, promoting a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster an environment of high employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Ensure that all divisions within the company consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve any customer escalations, ensuring that the company maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, environmental policies, and quality controls across the division.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the division, including service quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee productivity.
- Regularly report performance to executive leadership and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, HR, finance, operations, and safety, to ensure alignment on divisional goals and initiatives.
- Coordinate with other leaders to drive company-wide objectives.
- Promote innovation and operational improvements within the division.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Oversee the division’s public-facing activities, ensuring consistent messaging, marketing strategies, and customer communications.
- Manage relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Lead the division through crisis situations, whether operational, financial, or related to customer concerns.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Ensure that resources (personnel, equipment, budget, etc.) are allocated efficiently across the division to meet business objectives.
