GENERAL FUNCTION: The account coordinator role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and manage installer accounts within Dividend Finance’s network to meet certain goals and deliverables. This role will work with cross-functional teams to mitigate account-level risk, minimize exposure, investigate problems, track progress, and produce reports.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of an assigned installer account to meet certain deliverables
  • Conduct quality reviews of installed PV systems
  • Facilitate corrective action with active partners and 3rd party service providers
  • Conduct funding reviews at project milestones
  • Coordinate and track funding disbursements and reserves
  • Collaborate with installation partners to set and meet clearly defined goals and deliverables
  • Provide support to Dividend’s installation partners, Complaint Management, and Servicing teams
  • Develop and produce weekly reporting at a department level

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • PV System project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Sufficient level of technical background knowledge and experience to evaluate and provide analysis and direction to complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; Excel and Word required

Total Base Pay Range 53,400.00 - 109,500.00 USD Annual

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
