Position Overview:
As a District Retail Manager, you will partner closely with Polaris dealers to strengthen relationships, enhance retail performance, and support a leading customer experience across the Houston / East Texas District. You will work with dealers and internal stakeholders to drive retail growth, improve dealer network effectiveness, and represent Polaris as a trusted advisor in the field. In this role, you will use data, insights, and influence to help dealers meet consumer needs across the shopping, buying, and ownership journey. You will excel if you enjoy building partnerships, solving problems, and guiding dealers toward strategies that improve profitability and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on dealer performance and consumer experience across a key Polaris region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to drive retail growth, market share gains, and improved consumer experience across the district
• Partner with dealers daily to optimize retail performance, profitability, and operational execution across Wholegoods (Offroad and On-road), PG&A (Parts, Garments and Accessories), F&I, and service
• Set market‑appropriate stocking profiles and guide showroom presentation, merchandising, and point‑of‑purchase execution
• Conduct ongoing sales process, product, and certification training to support dealer readiness and capability
• Collaborate with dealers on traditional and digital retail planning, including traffic generation and closing strategies
• Lead merchandising and accessorizing strategies that improve retail experience and support accessory attachment growth
• Assist dealers with floorplans, branding execution, and alignment with Polaris requirements
• Monitor customer experience processes and partner with dealers to address deficiencies in digital and in‑store expectations
• Communicate insights from the field to internal teams, representing both Polaris and dealer perspectives
• Identify issues affecting dealer profitability or competitive position and implement collaborative solutions
• Support network improvement efforts, including prospecting open markets and facilitating dealer upgrades
• Address problems quickly to ensure positive outcomes for consumers, dealers, and Polaris

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of field sales, retail sales, or dealership experience
• Experience in sales administration, distribution, or customer service
• Proven relationship‑building, influence, and communication skills
• Analytical and sales‑oriented mindset with ability to use data to guide decisions
• Proficiency with MS Office and general software systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 80%
