Key Requirements
Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Business or related experience
English language proficiency. This role requires communications conducted in English
Manager or District sales manager experience
3+ of experience with dealers

Activities:
Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies

Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
Build and manage relationships
Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
Assist in customer problem resolution
Performs other related duties as assigned
This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.

This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
