Distric Manager (Outlet)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales performance across outlet stores
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business review materials
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to drive store performance
  • Conduct store visits and prepare Store Business Review (SBR) reports
  • Manage store operations, communications, and issue resolution
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store managers
  • Lead annual business planning, including store openings, relocations, and closures
  • Manage relationships with outlet landlords and buyers
  • Monitor competitor performance, promotions, and market trends
  • Set store incentive targets and support commission settlements

Qualifications

  • Min 7+ years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or outlet channels
  • Experience managing multiple stores or districts
  • Strong skills in sales analysis, forecasting, and retail operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with outlet malls or shopping mall landlords
