Distric Manager (Outlet)
Korea, Seoul - Office Full time Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales performance across outlet stores
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business review materials
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to drive store performance
- Conduct store visits and prepare Store Business Review (SBR) reports
- Manage store operations, communications, and issue resolution
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store managers
- Lead annual business planning, including store openings, relocations, and closures
- Manage relationships with outlet landlords and buyers
- Monitor competitor performance, promotions, and market trends
- Set store incentive targets and support commission settlements
Qualifications
- Min 7+ years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or outlet channels
- Experience managing multiple stores or districts
- Strong skills in sales analysis, forecasting, and retail operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with outlet malls or shopping mall landlords
