Distribution Strategy and Support Manager

$78,949 – 101,055 Minimum Starting Pay

Job Level: Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

In this role you will provide support and coordination of distribution strategies across Shelter’s Alternate Channels companies (AmShield and Haulers). This role will coordinate new agency/partner recruitment and related marketing materials, tools, and strategies, and own all agency-facing communications for AmShield and Haulers. This role will create and maintain sales and production reports and dashboards, including using Enterprise Data tools to develop actionable items that enhance growth and distribution. This role will provide analytical and strategic support to the Distribution leadership team and perform project management support for the Managing Director of Alternate Channels, as needed. This role will shape and coordinate a cohesive approach to agency partner marketing across Alternate Channels companies and partners with Shelter Marketing on brand cohesion and visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates must demonstrate thorough understanding of independent agency distribution.
• Assimilate data from multiple sources and channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for agency/partner audiences.
• The role requires the ability to build strong relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
• The role requires the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate large, cross-functional items with superior effectiveness.
• Project or program management experience is preferred.
• 5 years’ experience with insurance distribution, insurance operations, marketing, sales, or business development, and relevant industry designations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related Business field, preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
